Below is my collection of digitised 6×6 negatives and positives shot on 120 film.
This format is classified as a medium format giving a higher resolution. The negative size is 56mm by 56mm (rounded up to 6cm aka 6×6) with an aspect ratio of 1:1 vs the 35mm format with a negative size of 36mm by 24mm and an aspect ratio of 3:2.
The cameras currently in use are are;
Yashica Mat-124G
Hasselblad 500C
The Yashica is a gift from my father, a camera that he used to use during his amateur photography days.
I look forward to using this format more and adding further to the collection. I have some new unexposed 120 black and white film and some colour slide film so watch this space.
The hardware used to scan the negatives to positive is an Epson Perfection V600 Photo scanner.
